I've come to like these classes, even though there's no way I am now or will ever be a wine snob or even a connoisseur. For Twenty bucks, you get some education about wines and if you want, some horse doovers, too.
You get small pours of about 6 or more different wines, and you get to schmooze with your neighbors, too. Last class I went to was about Champaign/Sparkling Wine. Got to drink a bit of a $65 bottle that wasn't as good as the $17 bottle that preceded it. |
