My personal take: For years, my appreciation of wine was, does it taste ok? Good, I'll take it as long as the bottle costs $10 or less. Now, I decided it's time to do a bit more than that and to learn to appreciate some things other than Two Buck Chuck and box wine. A class costing $20 can help. |
