| Public details: By day: A hair salon. By night, comedy classes, stand up comedy and improv. The event on March 14 is a monthly stand up/open mic event.
I've been once, and the people ranged from cringe worthy to actually pretty good. I also attended their improv event. It ranged from... cringe worthy to pretty good.
The people doing what they do are local. And, really, to be commended for their effort. Something I could never do.
There is no admission charge. There is wine available for optional donations. The room where the stage is at has a capacity of about 30 people, and the two times I've attended, it seemed the room was rather full.
It can be a bit fun or a waste of time. I'm going. No guarantees.
If it turns out to be NOT a waste of time (my opinion, of course), I'll post that for the next month's event. |
