| Public details: The 5K Seamark Mudder challenges participants with 26 obstacles along a course that takes advantage of the natural terrain on the 468-acre campus of Seamark Ranch in Green Cove Springs, FL. Mudders navigate ponds, berms, pits, a rope web, dip into Black Creek, and a 100-foot slippery slide down “Prayer Hill”.

1.The Plunge – Start off muddy with a murky lake plunge and trudge
