| Public details: Empty Bowls 2019 will be held May 2nd 5:30-7:30pm at Trinity United Methodist Church. Last year Empty Bowls was a huge success! Over $66,000 was raised! This support helps Bread of the Mighty Food Bank continue providing help to those in need. Over 450+ guests enjoyed a
wonderful evening and received an enhanced awareness of the food insecurity in our community. Let’s come together and raise even more this year!!!
Last year Bread of the Mighty distributed 7.7 million pounds of food to those in need. For every
$1 donated, Bread of the Mighty can leverage up to ten meals. $.94 of every dollar goes back to the community to feed those in need. Please consider supporting the 2019 event so that we may continue our mission of feeding those who are hungry. |
